Voice in elevator

The MA32 sound card has been specifically designed for use in elevators for various announcements like "ground floor", "please clear the entrance", "going up", etc.

MA32 features

*  Operates from 24V elevator power supply (can be modified for 12V operation).

*  16 opto-isolated trigger inputs,  0V - 24V logic, active high.

*  Three types of triggering options:  1 - independent inputs, each trigger will play an announcement allocated to it,  max number of announcements is 16;  2 - binary code, the announcement number to be played is presented to the inputs as a binary number;  3 - Gray code, the announcement number to be played is presented to the inputs in Gray code, both the binary and Gray codes allow to play more than 16 announcements.

*  5W mono power amplifier for external speaker.

*  Plays standard multimedia 16-bit  11.025 kHz linear PCM (wav) files.

*  Playback from EPROMs to assure reliability and extended voice data retention even   when operating in high temperatures.

*  Accepts one or two  4Mbit or 8Mbit EPROMs.

*  Maximum playback time for all announcements:   45 sec - with one 8Mbit EPROM,    90 sec - with two 8Mbit EPROMs.

*  Programming EPROMs can be done by Microcontrol for a nominal fee.  A development system is also available to enable programming  EPROMs with voice files by the user.
